Negative thoughts about United

After a really frustrating experience this morning with United Airlines (confusing instructions, rude employees, and employees that barely spoke english), I'm finally waiting at my gate at SFO. If Nick hadn't been here to help me navigate the airport, I think I would've lost my marbles. I've done international travel before, but I don't remember it being so confusing. And 2 of the 3 times, I was with my dad, and he's an airport travel master, so I just sat back and went wherever he did. But I'm a big a kid now, so it was mostly on me. Nick picked me up bright and early this morning, we stopped for a quick breakfast, and came out to the airport. I think Maggie knew something was up.. she snuggled with me all night, and then waited by the door for me with Nick when I was leaving. At the airport security line, I bawled like a little kid when saying bye to Nick. It's definitely going to be hard being away from him for so long. But skype will make it more bearable. I think I'm gonna make one more bathroom stop, and find a bottle of water, then I just have to wait another 45 minutes or so, and I'll be boarding a plane to Boston. My stomach feels a little queasy! But I know this is going to be a great adventure, so I hope I'll get over my nerves soon...
